Minecraft manhunt, but it's "hardcore" mode.

The hunters are placed into a "hardcore"-like mode. I say "hardcore" because if they die, it would be an easy win. Their respawn has a timer on it so if they die, they will need to wait for that timer to expire. Each time they die, the amount of time to respawn increases. This will make the manhunt more intense as the hunters need to think about how they play much more strategically and to make sure they don't die so they can support their teammate.

The twist is the hunters can do the twist lmao that would have been funny af. I'm at 11:53 so if it is actually possible ignore this. Otherwise you should do that in a video sometime.

Minecraft Manhunt but fireworks are magic
You'd need to shoot them out of a crossbow or use them in a room with a very low ceiling for this to be useful

Make it so that you can craft a chest with gunpowder, dyes, and the items that can change the shape of a firework, and have it so that specific combinations of colors and shapes will give the fireworks specific effects
Like red, orange, and yellow in the same firework makes it explode like TNT and leave fire behind. Light blue and white would create a ball of ice and give whatever is hit by it slowness. Maybe you could make healing rockets with green or red. Blindness rockets with 7 black firework stars in the same rocket. Creeper spawning rockets with lime and green dye and a mob head (heads make fireworks creeper face shaped)
Cyan and magenta to teleport you to wherever the firework explodes at (cyan is ender pearl colored and endermen particles are magenta)

If the hunters figure it out you should probably tell them not to use the gunpowder to craft TNT. TNT is allowed just not using the free gunpowder to make it, they'd have too much.
