The only other explanation that would make sense would be that he is still showing spark activity as Sentinel has to still be alive by this point as Ratchet’s statement regardless of meaning basically confirms Sentinel is still alive which would require his spark to still be functioning.

Brain level explanation actually makes sense because in Tfp Megatron was nearly dead & his brain activity was still going on but when his consciousness transferred into Bee's body his body was still able to sustain Megatron's consciousness after sometime. In Cybersverse Windblade's brain activity was 0 after so much time her body was able to sustain her consciousness 😊
