Love your stuff! Really learning a lot! Gotten so far that my tutor in uni now asks me what I would do in production circumstances 😂😂😂

I tried cutting titanium on my diy CNC Mill (Part of my building video). With the right tool and 70% of the recommended feeds and speeds it went well.. With a machine like the doosan it’s quite a difference though :D

I tried some of these speeds on my Bridgeport manual no luck

Great videos. Big thanks, very grateful. One request... Leave the cutting data on the screen a bit longer ;-)

We’re running a 3/8 IMCO end mill at 60IPM with a 10% engagement on titanium I’m sure you can go faster on your machine with that hydraulic holder and the 1/2 E/M you’re using.

i have a part need endmill stick out long 2.8" inches and 4" inches so i was use 1/2 endmill with .03r accupro endmill (i ran 2400 rpm, 20 ipm, radial .02, axial .500) but a lot chatter n surface look bad. what you guys advice ?

Have you ever tested Rego-Fix holders. I think you could add 20-50% more tool life.

Can you suggest me FEED PER TOOTH RATE FOR HSS M42 during milling of Ti6Al4V?

Why don't you use internal cooling ?
I always see great machines, tools, programs, ...and most times a fucked up cooling with a great coolant.
I dont mean cooling through the tool but through your holder.
Why dont you use this great and simple feature?
Greetings from Germany!

Do a video on calculating feeds and speed? For an academy I'm surprised you haven't done that yet

this for the big guy who say "BOOM" hehehe... Aerospace Components type by DarkTech try this, aerogel is extreme heat resistance material but there is 2 weak point that is so fragile break easy so even NASA only used it like coating into titanium or other alloys why not do this used graphene for base making aerogel type but the next problem is shapes hehehe that's where big guy CNC come in, making mold component shapes that needed, btw graphene the atom structure is more solid then any other atom include titanium allow hehehhe light weight strong even extreme resistance for arospace materials

I see that you use SolidWorks. Is MasterCAM integrated in SW or is it a separate software?

Dang, that would be so cool to run. Billion dollar company and best they have to run is a prototrak with no coolant :(
