Hi all, rather than respond to each one, I will make a response video. For now, I'll just thank all of you for supporting the channel. Long time viewers know that we match and donate the funds we receive from Youtube, so this channel is important to me. It is also important that I protect the integrity of Audio Excellence and the people who work here.

Oh dear I can only imagine it's been a challenging time for you Adrian and at this time of the year as well.
There's no doubt about it Vilip had his +s and -s I guess as we all do, and I'm sure you've made the right decision moving forward Adrian.
I certainly am a fan of the channel and that will not be changing.

I enjoyed Vilip’s take on gear and I will miss his input. I will also continue to watch this channel. I have to believe Adrian was left without an option and took no joy in doing what had to be done. Happy holidays and happy new year to all!

Vilip is for sure fun to see on a reality TV show or a YouTube channel but would drive any staff and management mad in a small business.
I have 100% trust in Adrians decision, he comes across as a very honest and conscientious person.
Cheers.

Sad to hear about Vilip. Enjoyed listening to you guys as a group. You were all awesome together. Crossing fingers you guys can work out whatever problems and issues that have arose.

Maybe Villip and Jay will start their own YouTube channel now.

It’s not an easy thing owning and running a business. Your decisions are respected.

I wish Villip all the best in his future, and uses his knowledge base well.

Wow that was unexpected him leaving so quickly, I wonder what happened 🤔

With all due respect to the situation, Adrian has been running a successful business for a long time. I'm certain the decision was not taken likely but warranted. No one person is bigger than the business---principles, ethics, and good judgement should always prevail. Keep the content coming Adrian and team--lots of support from audio fans and loyal customers.

This could not have been easy for Adrian. You two had such good chemistry in these vids.

I'll miss Vilip. He was very precise in the way he expressed himself and that is rare. I loved how he used language- when he expressed a concept, I felt I understood exactly what he was saying. To express aural concepts in understandable terms is a real accomplishment. I enjoyed his big, overbearing personality- I find it hilarious how some here were offended by him. Best of luck Vilip.

Try the speakers laying down, horizontally. The designer said that would work great.

Vilip had some great insight. Always benefitted from his input. He did come across as a bit condescending which never helped in the assessment/feedback about the particular component reviewed. He’s been there a long time and I’m sure we’ll all miss his review feedback. ❤

Vilip did something wrong. That’s it. with Adrians character, he will not fire somebody if it’s not something serious.

I fully trust Adrian’s decision towards his company / employees.

I didn’t know Vilip personally, kinda assumed him to be not very likeable (chip on his shoulder) but I did appreciate his audio insights from time to time. No ill will, wishing Vilip all the best.

I look forwards to an interesting 2023 with Audio Excellence.

No matter how we feel about your employees, we watch and buy because you represent the business!
I for one know whoever you employ earn their positions and those that are dismissed do something not within your philosophy as a business.
Your fans and customers are yours and you built it, nobody else.
I’m a fan of your business and that’s not going to change.
Great post!

I have lots of respect for Villip for his knowledge and huge experience in the field but regrettably I have not very good experience buying from him . I bought used Mcintosh preamp and it had problems not disclosed by him and couldn’t even demo because whatever set up of the rooms was at the time . I trusted him and regretted afterwards but what you gonna do.
I bought many used pieces from Canuck Audio with no problems except this one .

Not to say he is all bad but just my experience wasn’t positive with him.

Well... Villip is unique. I grew up in an island full of people like him. I didn't mind, but I noticed things here and there which would make me blow a gasket. I'm a chief engineer that deal with people and eventually you have that "really smart guy" who don't know when to shut the f..up.
I will miss him because I know how to deal with this kind; but I also know that a ship only has one captain. Full stop.

The problem I had with these speakers was the tweeter. It was crunchy and spit sound out like a compression tweeter. I don’t mind compression tweeters for just enjoying music but doesn’t sound high end
