Two things I didn’t expect to see:

This AU is called "Familiar, Familiar" by proxycrit on Tumblr!! This is one of the first comics, and they seem to be doing basically the whole TOTK story rewritten. Its my favorite rewrite AU to date! It sometimes goes on hiatus for a month or two while the artist has to yknow make money, but when its updating its near-daily updates (INSANITY)

Paused in abject HORROR the second you said the flower was Datura. I’ve listened to stories of ADULTS having bad trips that felt like weeks to months of terror from even small doses. Imagining a small child being given any Datura, let alone THE WHOLE FLOWER, just put a pit into my stomach. What an incredibly project this is shaping up to be.
