Yea the first one doesn't work. You have to provide a social security number to add a user to your American Express. I have the same Platinum card and I literally just checked. So unless your using a bogus or stolen number, which is illegal, that doesn't work.

Second method doesn't work. You can create an LLC anonymously, yea. But when you go to open a bank account you've got to provide your social and ID. Plus any debit card is going to have your name on it. They don't just issue a card to a company with no user name on it. I've opened several business accounts at multiple banks and they always require ID.

Only way to get an anonymous card is paying cash at a store for a gift card with a visa/MC/Amex logo. And there's a maximum amount before you have to provide ID. It's not very high, maybe 500, or less. And many merchants online won't accept those types of cards.

America offers throw away cc like Walmart money cards that allow you to put whatever name you want, just find a SOcial and mail it wherever you want. Problem is only accepted in The US. You can’t use it anywhere else.
