For those who have forgotten [media included]: Trump's basic, across-the-board *10 percent* tariffs are still in place. He just rolled back the extreme limits of his "reciprocal" tariffs. 10% is not nothing. If you listen to the media these days, you get the impression that he has retracted the 10 percent as well, which is not the case.
