COMMENCEMENT

Call to Order A quorum was virtually present at 6:30 pm. Mayor Pappas called the meeting to order.

Ceremonial Opening The Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag was recited. Everyone remained standing for a brief moment of silence.

Adoption of Agenda MOTION was made by Commissioner Simpson to adopt the agenda and carried unanimously (4:0).
