As a European, I agree, it's very complicated to move to another European country even for me. For black people it's going to get harder and harder because we have a lot of illegal immigrants coming they ruin the image of any foreigners that come here. Also, many African countries are getting money from the EU for infrastructure, farming, research, anti corruption programs
