Instead of turning them into dinosaurs, I would make an addon with a special block. If you take an Item from let's say a chicken, that item would be the feather. If you take the feather to the special block, It would create an egg for the Apex Chicken which can harm. This would go for every mob that cant harm you

It seems more like a Brachiosaurus than a Brontosaurus btw

Too big compared to the Brachiosaurus model - a bit too small

Overall, good models, the only issues being the size, although it doesn't matter too much.
