5:33 - Nice to provide people with an easy way to change the audio mapping if they want. Personally I don't think it makes much sense for the NES to spit out anything other than mono but I know people like having options.

Why not use the sega saturn video connector? You won't need a separate s-video that way.

will this get rid of the diagonal bars? I didn't notice them until after I did the nesrgb and I replaced my psu for a triad and the still exist.

where does the 3.3V come from? the NOCUT mod says it needs 3.3V and to grab it from the NESRGB but the NESRGB is only 5V
