so true, if u don’t know ur enemy moves especially boss moves in abyss it can run u like 2-15 seconds (trashy boss mechanics) that can ruin ur abyss run

Each character is a combination of their skills, weapons, and artifacts. It takes time to build a team whose abilities protect and buff each other enough to survive while doing enough damage. Add that to rotation strategies and knowledge of enemy attacks, and it’s pretty complex.

There is definitely a lot of skill involved in genshin, but when I'm with my friend group where we all play fortnite, when they ask about genshin, i say there is literally no skill needed for this game. You only need to know what you're doing and also luck. But that's only because fortnite a very high skill game and if i say genshin needs a lot of skill, I'll be lying to them because of the game that they play

I've had problems with Abyss due to a disability with hand eye coordination, I've had others beat abyss for me but this abyss cycle is the first time I've beaten it myself and then I have had people saying it's not an accomplishment because this Abyss is "easy"

one thing that started to help me clear the abyss is to look at enemy weaknesses. specially related to their shields that before i mostly ignored as long as it wasn't immune 😅 even when bringing lvl 20 characters with me it has been working to get 34 stars so far

As someone that has been trying to 36 star the abyss for almost a year only. Yes it requires skill. I've been working on my playstulyle a lot since I got back into genshin and I'm so much better than before. I think this is finally gonna be the first minth I'll be at least finishing floor 12 and I'm hyped

Biggest display of skill is being able to to consistently headshot a hillichurl with rapid fire bow characters like Amber. Amber in general is the hardest character to master

I 100% agree with this. I don't make Keqing Quickbloom work by just spamming Skill and Burst on everyone. It's meticulous. Kokomi Skill, Nahida Skill, Nahida Burst, DMC Burst, DMC Skill, Keqing Skill, Keqing Burst, Keqing Teleport, Kokomi Burst, then back to Keqing for Electro attacks.
