It’s different everywhere but in Canada it’s roughly around $450 a month to own a Cessna 182 that’s assuming if you fly 100 hours a year that’s before airport fees, though

The AOPA did a study. In said study, they said that if one wasn't flying 70 hours a year, one shouldn't be an owner. Of any aircraft.

Many hangars have years or decades of a waiting list to get one. Putting an aircraft out on a tie down is foolish at best.

I also watched a video on aircraft insurance. The rates are now going up between 11-17% a YEAR. Who's annual income goes up that much?

Can you figure out why I am still a rental pilot, after 20 years of flying?

This is not worth them time. Many, many untrue facts, its a 182 not a Cessna one hundred and eight two. Little actual fact or knowledge.

The airport here has pilots buy the airport, not lease. Kinda sucks having to get $200k loan for hanger on top of the loan for the plane.

Also, horrible research, these, one hubdred eighty sonethings are almost nine hundred thousand dollars and sone cents.

Maybe in the next video make it more clear what one hundred eighty midel you ae talking about.

Seems offly similar to the cessna 182 though
