anyone else saddened and disgusted that some of poorest cities and countries of the world are some of the most populated? At what point does the worlds population become unsustainable for the ecosystem we live within, some say it's already too late and we are all just slowly marching into a cataclysm. Others say that if we take a stand and make drastic changes we can still have a sustainable future. What do think, is it worth it to live in squalor just to say you are a part of something or could we rise above as a community of humanity and stop overpopulation?

As many people pointed out, the São Paulo section shows no images of São Paulo but of Rio instead. In addition, the information about São Paulo is wrong (other than population. It's HUGE!). São Paulo is NOT a port city. The sea port that's the closest to São Paulo is Santos. Santos is about 1.5-2 hours away from São Paulo. Longer if there's congestion from Paulistanos going to the beach. None of the information provided is relevant to São Paulo's economy, which is very diverse. And no, the 3 major rivers that cross São Paulo aren't used for shipping navigation.

This was deeply depressing. The crime rates of some of these places & atrocities not even discussed. I was expecting some surprise “basic cities”- not “poorest most desperate in need of humanitarian help and intervention cities.” Due to the pandemic? Our large cities are being vacated. The fires in Cali last year? And now the massive mudslides? That place is emptying out. New York is about to be half a ghost town. In 20 yrs? It will be dumb places in the US. Like Milwaukee, WI or Phoenix, AZ. It will be something unexpected here.
