Yes by grieving too long makes it hard for the person spirit to separate. Spirit read energies since emotion belongs to the living. I forgot to address the spirit. The body is in the spirit. The spirit is sustained by the body consumption of raw material. Think of the spirit as energy but the energy spread outward beyond the body. The soul used the spirit as an intermediator. The spirit and body are impermanent, the soul is the only constant.

Can you make a video about cremation? I know for us hmong we believe people have 3spirits. What happens to the one that guards the grave if your body is cremated. Some say its not good to be cremated because the spirit will either get lost or take very long to transcend? What are your thoughts cremation vrs a burial?
