Full color display? Android Wear watches have as many colors in their display as the Apple Watch...and the word "retina", it's just a name used by Apple to put substandard resolution displays on their devices and get away with it lol. They've been doing it for years. Compare it to android wear watches not other smart watches that are not as good. The moto 360 has a standard watch band strap you can replace and a color display.
