My experience is to do the baby dance around 3 to 5am. Monitor your body as well as checking your monthly circle. You said it all sis 🤣👌

You're absolutely correct mostly tracking ovulation with bbt opk ultrasound to monitor the follicle will give you better knowledge on when you ovulate. Some egg only last for 12 hours also tracking with opk and bbt will still help without ultrasound at least you will be aware that you're going to be ovulating 12 to 48 hours time after your got your solid smiling face on opk. But sometimes many women peak speak without ovulating so is better to confirm ovulation with ultrasound if is possible. But most women without going to ultrasound confirm ovulation by bbt. When you knows your cycle at least half of the problem is solved. Because is only God that can make pregnant possible I stop here sister thanks for sharing I really enjoyed watching
