WPL E1 Rc tracked vehicle.

This is a very detailed and fully proportional control rc tracked vehicle. Seems to run and tackle terrain pretty well. I know this is not for everyone but I definitely like it even though its not my thing. It was fun to run and a great accessory to the B series rigs.

A very impressive performance considering the very rough terrain used in the test drive, the price of this model and the fact that it is just a toy with these basic Mabuchi motors and plastic parts.

It would be great to see this model spray painted, equipped with lights, more powerful motors, ball bearing steel gears, metal rollers, sprung metal wheel arms, track tensioners and slip preventors, ball bearing track wheels and sound and smoke generators.

But then this model would cost maybe four, or at least three times more. Hopefully, however, update parts will be made in the future.

It's a fairly faithful replica of a GAZ-71 or GT-SM. It is not an armored vehicle, it is thin skin, and only about 5 tons in weight. Even the tracks can be handled by one man and some tools, so think of it as a tracked SUV. Check out Survival Russia channel on Youtube. Lars acquires one of these, fixes what's broken and uses it for treks in the swampy, snowy Taiga

Looks like the same transmission as the Heng Long tracked vehicles. Maybe it can be upgraded with metal tracks and a better drive sprocket? Thanks!
