Ryobi USA DBJ-50 Micro Biscuit Plate Joiner Review & Teardown

preview_player
Показать описание
This uses R1/R2/R3 biscuits which apparently Ryobi was the first to make a biscuit joiner with a 1.5" blade that can make cuts in extremely thin materials and this little unit has reasonable build quality with ball bearings in the high load places at the blade and motor spindle and it has helical gears.

I have a few of these. These are wonderful for smaller projects. The mini biscuits can be tough to find though

Besides the 3 Ryobi mini biscuit joiners I have, I also have one branded Craftsman, with a black case. I wish Ryobi tools were still as well made as they were back then

Great video I've always wanted a biscuit cutter and a small one like that would be perfect
Thanks for sharing your expertise
