Watching this film was the most emotional experience I've ever had watching a film. Eddie Redmayne was so outstanding and convincing as Stephen Hawking that I often forgot it was acting.

This movie made me Cry so much!! And Eddie nailed the character!! My Gosh the struggles he depicted felt so real. Hawking himself said "At time, it felt, it was me"

I watched this movie yesterday. I have seen so many great movies in life, but I have to admit this is my favourite. As I am writing this I am in tears, the movie changed me as a person, it changed me in a way i can´t describe. It was brilliant, and all of my respect goes to Stephen. The actors did such an amazing job, both Eddie and Facility! I would like to say so much more about this movie, and the way the actors acted, but i simply can´t. There are no words. Stop whatever you are doing, and watch the movie, that´s the only way you will understand what i feel.

It must have been a bit awkward for the real Stephen Hawking and Jane Wilde to witness their romance and love story being portrayed by other people (albeit great actors in their own right) when they arrived on set, especially since they are not together anymore...

There have only ever been two people I have been made aware of that have played Stephen Hawking. They are Eddie Redmayne in The Theory Of Everything, and Benedict Cumberbatch in Hawking, that being films though. He would have had people play him in TV as well, but as far as I'm aware, it's those two. So what a great pair have played Stephen Hawking, the people who follow them will have some competition

They couldn't have chosen a better actor to portray Stephen Hawking than Eddie Redmayne.

When I went to see this film I thought it was the best film I had ever seen, and the last line of the film is such a great line, I won't say it in case you haven't seen the film. It is a moving film aswell. Emotional and was well worth the time, effort, wait, and price.

Watched the movie on tv tonight; very very moving, can still feel the emotion of it all. Must have been surreal watching his life being played out like that. Great man, and portrayed impeccably by Eddie Redmayne.
