I didn’t disappear in the jungle ! When one does a master plant dieta, the subsequent integration period is just as important as the dieta itself… so I’ve had to keep a careful container for that and social media didn’t make the cut ! ;)

So here’s just a snapshot of the dieta, which will require much more time to unpack and integrate… mostly through writing (which may or may not get shared !)

It was definitely the hardest thing I have ever done ! And I return with deep peace and inspiration, reenergized to open my heart to even more love!

Pls take this as a friendly reminder that that by resourcing ourselves we are able to better help the world ! (Like the airplane oxygen mask…)

PS. Re: conventional/Western medicine, I include a short video of my visit to the hospital today to pick up my 3rd cycle of Pemazyre/Pemigatinib. I couldn’t be happier and more grateful when hospital visits are as easy-breezy as this!
