Hi, I want to find the position of 1P/Halley in the past. Can you suggest me some references to find it using python?

I went throught the papers. Found out the equations used in the code. However, I am struggling to pinpoint error factor in the paper. Can you assist me with it, please?

For function def srama_velocity_2009(chnl, trise, amp=np.inf, chk=True):

I found err_fac = 1.67 for 'mean_func': mean_vel_iid_qt and err_fac = 1.62 for mean_func': mean_vel_iid_qi. what am I missing?

Your values are err_fac = 0.67 and err_fac = 0.62 respectively.
