This is very resonant with what’s going on for me. I have recently had clarity about a new path for my career. At 44 years old, I’ve tried a lot, I am a jack of all trades… but so far only music has been true all these years. Finally I have the inspiration and a potential business partner (who is my best friend too) to start a music store. The idea I have is huge and the building I want will need to be gutted and a lot of energy to construct what I have in my mind will be spent as well as money (which I don’t currently have). So, I am hesitant only because I feel the business partner will want to start the business before the building is ready which will put the business in jeopardy of a failed start. So my business plan is going to have to spell out each phase and we will have to agree before we even begin.
