Easy to say though - tricky thing is: what do you think the FED will do... If you go all in and they raise rates you are in big trouble - market could have a serious correction of 10-40% if they start to get serious about raising rates to combat inflation... Great balance at the end though - definitely a prudent time to hedge your bets, only thing one can do at this point really..
