The thing I really like about the Oboe gaming franchise, is that it's never about trying to sell garbage to the viewers. Oboe collects fun lego figures nobody wants, makes a harmless but high effort joke, with tasteful packaging and surprises friends and family. loved the video!! so much. i grew up in the 2000s in a remote small town that didn’t see much lego pass through; but that also meant as a consequence some sets stayed in shelves well past their retirement!

i had a couple studios, orient expedition, harry potter, and even a time twisters set! last but not least of course… jack stone.

i’m glad the quirky 2000s is getting more love and attention because it has a huuuuge soft spot in my heart and is by far my favorite era of lego.
