Veloster Turbo Vs. 3.8 Genesis el paso tx

veloster time was 14.93 in the quarter. Mods are turbosocks FMIC and CAI, catless down pipe, mbrp exhaust. and then the driver mod.... im un tuned...high altitude race in el paso tx.

definitely driver error, I ran 13.9 in my bk1 with a catback and intake. No tune. however I like the VT mainly because of the fuel economy. I'm debating on getting a rally edition, anyone know if you can make a VT comparable to a 3.8? obviously bolt ons and a tune needed but I'm really new to the VT world.

I dunno man. I have a stock 3.8 coupe (Gen 2) and the other driver seems really slow. I've been debating the veloster turbo rally edition compared to my 3.8... I love the v6 power but will need to spend more time with the Veloster

big help... I'm looking to buy a veloster turbo with its upgrades.. it seems like it has been through some punishment because of the front tires being wasted more, probably racing.. how much punishment could the gdi turbo take?

How much power are you getting from this on stock tune? Impressive if you can still beat out a 348HP Gencoupe. Yeah it's heavier but still.

At sea level the genesis would've walked it, 0-60 times differ by about 2-3 seconds between the 2, I've beat countless turbo velosters in a genesis

I still rather drive a genesis, those velosters look like a supped up tiburon
