Everybody needs to hear your message, stop being unsatisfied with yourself cause that’s not healthy for you and it can ruin ur life, always stay at a healthy body fat unless you’re competing so you can look good, feel good and be happy with yourself

I went from 50+% to 19% thanks to Coach, but couldn't go any further.

I've been hovering around 20-23% for the past 3 yrs now also thanks to Coach.

Yeah I don't have a 6 pack - but I'm able to sleep, have full energy everyday and not constantly thinking about eating and how I look in the mirror.

Maintaining is pointless guys
If you want to build muscle most efficiently then go into a surplus unless you’re overweight already
In which case then you should lean down first and then follow up with a period in a surplus
If you truly believe you will make the best gains by maintaining and never eating more then you’ll never get any bigger

This is exactly what I am going through. Never happy with what I look like, and it wasn't until people began to become concerned with me that I stopped losing weight and began eating at maintenance. I used to be obese and now I was headed straight toward the underweight territory. The moment I looked outside into the real world instead of comparing myself with people on social media, I realized I was ahead of where I initially wanted to be before changing myself.

I've been on the "my depression kills my appetite and my teeth are so messed up from my years of drug addiction, that I barely have the enthusiasm to eat anything" diet for a while. I've been clean from hard drugs for over four years, but this last summer was a turning point for me. I feel totally broken inside, but working out helped me get through it without relapsing, and I got in the best shape of my life at nearly 40 years old. I think protein powder has helped me a lot, because it's easy to consume and I can't under chew it and give myself digestive problems.

I feel the obsession of wanting to be as lean as possible. I would say maintain the lowest body fat percentage at which YOU feel like you still have great energy to workout and go about life.

I can't speak for everyone, but I personally got down to a really low weight from dieting, but I don't think it was due to "body dismorphia" or an ED per sé.

I will admit that I kinda got addicted to "the process" (watching the scale go down is satisfying), but when you see a number on the scale that's unhealthily low, it should be just as inspiring as seeing a number that's unhealthily high (meaning: there are instances where you should mindfully GAIN weight)

Short story long: getting to a healthy weight/composition is great; just remain conscious of where you are at all times; both mentally and physically.

This strategy worked for me. I went down to 10% BF eating from the cookbook. I looked malnourished. I continued to eat from the cookbook, but increased my calories. Over the last year, I have been around 15%, I still see some abs in certain anlges and I feel much much better. I still don’t eat Hagen Dazs. My wife has it in the freezer all the time, but it is not even a trigger food for me. I just don’t like it anymore. I will take coach Greg ice cream any day. At family gatherings, evergyone is eating junk and chips, I eat popcorn. I am happy and healthy. Coach Greg changed my life and I only met him 2 years ago.

I may be wrong but I think this advice is directed at people who are just losing weight and not bulking. I'm just losing weight and want to maintain it when I'm at a normal healthy level and the thought of an exit plan is a nice thing to look forward to. Gain a couple of pounds on holiday, work that off after holiday stay healthy

Im 18-19% Bodyfat. I've always had the plan of 14% Bodyfat, I'm currently bulking from 59kg to 65, I'm currently 62.6kg and I'm going to 70 to recomp back down to 65 at 14%. Goals take time but I agree you NEED an endgame
