You’re going to start composting at this rate which will upset those worms.

Need more moisture. and perhaps some very finely ground dried out egg shells to support their gizzards and muscles.

Cover with 'browns'should be more so moister soil, not dead dry leaves.
Use a watering can and put some water in with the food scraps especially as they will be drawn to it.
I just use a washed out 3 litre plastic milk bottle that I stabbed lots of little holes into the lid and use that as a watering can and the holes are so small that they are ideal.

Vermicomposting is not regular composting. If you have reds they're gonna be pissed in this environment. Way too much heat is gonna be generated
