What size do the images need to be in order for them to take up the entire screen and not be cropped?

Is there a way to get full width slider with content set to left/center, but that content to be contained inside general site container (boxed instead full width)? If I set it to left, it streched all the way to the left following the full width setting for the slider, and that is looking pretty bad on larger screens. Thanks!

The slider is IMO one of the key widgets Elementor or other builder can offer and as much as like the simplicity of your slider it falls short in many areas. For instance you cannot have text cantered for mobile and on the left on desktop devices. I mean the only work around I’ve figured since I don’t code is to duplicate the whole slider and use one for each device.

I am thanking Elementor for changing the web designing experience. It is very easy and fun to design a website. But Slider is the most important part of a website. Elementor improving the features day by day. But why they are ignoring this important part. The slider is almost the same as it was before when I first know about Elementor. Drag & Drop design for individual slide design will be a game-changing feature.

I love Elementor! I am a former loyal Divi customer of two years who recently went "Elementor Pro" and will never turn back. However, I do agree with a previous commenter who bemoaned the fact that your Slider widget does not allow an option re: the number of slides to display at one time. I also agree that such an option is not too much to ask of a Pro widget. I also think it would be good to allow an image to be a part of the slide instead of just a background image. There is so much room for improvement with this widget. When will the Elementor team address this?

Thanks for the tutorial. I am going to give it another try. I was initially using the elementor slides for the home page banner, but the animated text was causing severe CLS. So I had to switch to smart slider 3.

Hi! How can I have a navigation menu + slide combo and still keep the website full screen as the tutorial?

I've found that after adding another section for the nav menu, my website is not full screen anymore since the menu adds aditional space allowing scrolling.

I have a slide with animation on title (slides in and fades in from bottom) but title DOESN'T animate on first slide, or when page is first opened... but does just fine on next 2 slides, then once it loops back to first slide, animates fine and so on. Just not on opening slide, first seconds of opening page.

Is there a way to have slider headings separate into 2 lines so that they can different font size and type?

After setting the dot position to outside and increasing the size to 15, there would be no gap between the dots and the slide, can you please help me how can I create more gap between them?

So, if I'm correct, you can't make a slide on Elementor with text+image, right? Only text sliding over a background? This is very limited for a pro widget...
