I stayed in Seminyak 3 weeks ago but travelled to Canggu/Pererenan to go to the gym, do not go by car you will suffer, the traffic is horrendous. I didn't go by car again after the first trip and only went by bike even that took 40 minutes with gridlock traffic. Canggu has transformed since I first went there many many years ago.
