every time i use tens on my wrist (quervains tendonitis) it seems to make the inflammation worse... does the tens increase heat and then make it more inflamed..i have now started putting straight aloe vera plant on the affected area and it seems to be drawing out the heat...note: have already been on slow release 750gm naproxen..
