You can bring another in with you to help with the eyes. Also, the warlocks arc soul and hellion will auto shoot the eyes

Can even orb dupe it by switching weapons before it hit 100. So you can save some time and possible res tokens, both here and in boss room.

Personally, I prefer the other side if I can get amplified before heading in.
Also, you can ball dupe the relic, allowing you to only have to do one side

I found it easiest to just immediately go to the furthest platform and shot all 3 sets of eyes in a row.
