Can't believe that such a highly qualified Professor is reading out Math than actually working it out on a black board or even digitally. The optimization of Transportation problem was so poorly explained! If anyone else is here and confused about concepts, I suggest you refer to Operations Research by Prof. G Srinivasan from IITM on NPTEL, which has a really good explanation and step by step solution. I came here because the video quality was better but it's pointless when someone is reading out math!!

Please check the error at the demand left at cell(3, 3) allocation in North West method as 7-3=4. Not 7-4=4.
