ADF Asks Supreme Court to Protect Female Athletes

West Virginia AG Patrick Morrisey joined Fox News to explain why female athletes should not have to compete against males. A federal district court already ruled that West Virginia’s law was constitutional and compliant with Title IX, and ADF is asking SCOTUS to allow that law to go fully into effect.

If there were no physical differences between men and women, there would be no women’s sports. The women would be able to compete evenly on men’s teams. It the exact reason that women’s sports was created. And just saying “I’m a woman”, even surgically altering your body, can not erase those physical attributes.
