Pack points are really great way to finish off a decks half built, its not always good to just get a ex card from the pack points, especially if you are f2p and cant find some low diamond cards, even after you open so many packs. Yes, it happens, and im in that situation right now.

from what i have noticed -
1. By the time you complete the tutorial and finish your honeymoon period, you can pretty much complete ONE major EX deck (charizard, mewtoo, Pikachu)
2. You need to play either a shit ton of ranks or spend money if you want to complete another major EX deck
3. You WILL be eventually able to complete non starter EX decks to compliment your game style e.g. alakazam


Keeping this in mind, my suggestion for rerolling if you are a f2p or a casual spender is -
1. Reroll if you specifically want rare cards, keeping in mind that they do nothing for your gameplay, but are a collector's item
2. Try out a major ex deck, and see if its to your liking. E.g. try charizard ex, if you don't like it or feel like trying pikachu ex or mew2 ex, then reroll (rerolling like this sets you back by just a couple of days so not much in the long run)
3. Reroll if want some cards that are considered rarer e.g. dragon type. This is the best chance to get them as you have tons of decks to go through
