Every other source I've heard from this has said Neptune's mass was misjudged and when the actual mass was input it made sense.

-I thought there had also been some peculiar movements in Kuiper Belt objects?! As I understood it the data was coming from far more recent observations of the Ice Giants and Kuiper Belt objects as well as an updated hypothesis from astrophysicists who would've been far too young in '93 to base their ideas of Planet X on data that old. Maybe that particular iteration of Planet X had been wiped clear with Tyson's colleague's adjustments. But I do believe it's back on the board again due to more recent findings.
