This Great Gentleman, Shri Chitalkar Ramchandra j, I would call him a True Marathi Manoos because of that wonderful duet composition "Bholi Surat me Naam Bade aur Darshan Khote" which reached out easily to the masses, the Maharashtrians / Marathas. The Dadar, Matunga and Mahim areas especially. Sung by him and Lata Bai. Such a natural duet song, full of melody and rhythm. Super words. An Allrounder Music Composer and Singer.
