It’s absolutely unacceptable that when u sit at a ford dealer & initially place an order for a new vehicle which says u can purchase the Navigation option. to only later find it stops working until u re purchase it yearly? Wth, Ford! It just makes customers, even ford enthusiasts feel not only cheated by Ford motor company but that they Ford seeks nothing but total greed from their loyal buyers.

We will never buy anything Ford vehicles again. we bought a brand new 2018 15 Passengers Van in 2018 for church ministry, we drove it 2 or 3 times per week for church members, but early this year, 2023, the transmission was said needed to be replaced! the van only has 9500 miles, thats 9.5K only! We called the local dealer and they refused to replaced it for free. we then called the coporate office and they also will not give us a replacement with no cost. This is not how you treat your customers.

Appeasing Politicians is only driving your customers away. Technology is running high for Ford cars and trucks are becoming unaffordable. Why can't Ford start making essentially manufactured cars and trucks? Without the extreme bells and whistles to where they are within the reach of the working class again, just like Henry Ford did.
