After searching and getting nowhere, this video saved me. Ended up being bad connection from blue wire on solenoid. Unplugged it to test it and had power and when I hooked it back up and went to test both small posts on solenoid I hit pedal and it started right up. Thanks a lot

My first start of the year after sitting 4 months during winter is with propane. Fresh fuel and a little choke with a small propane torch leaking into the intake with the air filter off. It fires right away even though the fuel bowl is empty. Once the engine is running for 7 seconds the vacuum draws the fuel into the carb, you're good to go.

I am able to jump the solnoid and here a click but after that nothings happens. I am not getting any voltage on the blue or green wire. I checked the continuity on the switch for the pedal and the ignition switch and both are good. What steps should I take next?

Yes having an issue, when I go to touch small posts on solenoid and press gas petal, I’m getting about 6 volts. On top I get 12.5 volts. Put a new on today but same issue. Any advice. Thanks Greg

Great video the best i have found, I have 12v at the green limit switch when pedal is depressed., I also have continuity from the Light blue wire from switch to solenoid! But no 12 v when pedal is depressed. i also replaced ignition not sure if i wired it correct. my cart is a 2010 Ezgo st with the Kawasaki motor as well.

I have an Express L6 cranks, no spark no fuel EFI, swapped coil, fuel pump relay, and EFI throttle. Cart will not start, any pointers? What am I missing?

I get the right voltage everywhere when checked but still won’t turn over. I put a new solenoid and it work for just a little while and now it won’t work but I still have all the right voltage when i check everything.

@golf Cart What if there is only about 6 volts reading at the small relay posts on the solenoid?

On 3:15, i did not get voltage from the blue wire after holding the pedal down and turning it off. The 12v never came back on. Is that the pedal switch that’s bad?

Thanks for the video! If I'm wiring a Bluetooth amplifier, should I connect the ignition wire from the amp to the blue wire on the solenoid?

When I check the small posts ( @4:20) it’s only showing me 2 volts. What could be the issue?

Can you tell me which gear set to buy to switch my 2014 gas EzGo Valor from 11.42:1 to 8.0:1. It does not have a Fuji rear end. Date code is C2714. thanks

the red and black coming from the small posts are disconnected on the end away from the solenoid. could you tell me where they should be connected?
