one thing i hate is how the shortcuts app is opened every time you try to open an app you have customized. I love my phone fast and snappy so that was a no for me once i found that out. Also i noticed that having to open shortcuts app often and keeping it in the background drains battery slightly faster

Hope Launchers and icon packs are officially allowed on the Appstore. Customization would have been much simpler by just installing your preferred launcher and icons packs just like how Android and some linux distros does it.

You can go to the edit wiget screen quicker by pressing and holding on ANY area of the phone, you dont have to press and hold on an app. If you have empty space, press and hold and just hit the plus button.
