that’s insane dude, I just ran my first highschool 5k this Saturday, and I’m usually a 400-800 guy, during track I ran 54 second 400 meters and 2:05 800 meters, im not that great endurance wise but I’m getting there with a 18:22, going for 17:00, great job!

Brotha u r insane 100%. I thought I was pretty good with a 16:58 5k as freshman but u humbled me even more. Maybe if I started xc in 3rd grade like u and not in 7th I might of been where u r today, keep working.
