It was stupid of me to sell $76, 000 worth of NVDA stocks without reinvesting. (Buying bonds or CDs is not for me). I’d rather stay 100% cash, or are there any other investments that can outdo the growth of Nvidia? I have 200k ready to be reinvested.

I had a customer service interaction with a CPAP company customer service AI bot by email while I am traveling in Vietnam. Thought it was a real person at first. The AI bot solved my problem quicker and easier than a person, made recommend adjustments to air pressure and I’m sleeping better, didn’t have to talk to a doctor either. I was amazed and will always remember that moment when I saw the light of the future. It’s scary though, going to take a ton of jobs very soon.

Ask yourself all a simple question .. why isn’t anyone talking about the 3.1 trillion in commercial real estate loans from 2019-2022 at a fed rate of 0-0.50% needing to be refinanced starting this year into 2027 at a rate of 4.75-5.00% ?!?!?!?
You’re telling us that the banks can stomach this ?? How about vacancies at 40% and expected foreclosures at 30%
Add that to the insanity, Banks not saying anything it stinks could be worse than 2008 .. enjoy investing in this market !!!
