I love my E-M1X and don’t regret switching from canon full frame to Micro 4/3. I am 67 and can’t carry that heavy gear anymore and this feels like my EOS 1D Pro bodies I used. The more I use this system, the more I like it.

You will love this camera. Its a huge upgrade from your Em5.

Get to know those custom modes. With all the features this camera has you will need them.

Video in this will be great too. The Audio Preamps are much better.

I have this same combo. It is great for wildlife or anything really. Have the OM1 now but miss the feel of the Em1x. Its just natural to hold the Em1x.

Imaging resource did a video on just how Olympus weather sealed the camera, very amazing technology went into this camera. Not to mention the heat sink, which I find my self in the 100F deserts of southern California. I really like the sensor, just fine for me and produces amazing photography!. Gonna watch this whole series today! (in order) :)

The X is the best mft camera you can get. Better than O-M1, especially the handling and operation is top notch with the X.
I can say that, because I have both.
And this camera is perfect for Mini Cooper driver 😁😁😁 I am driving Mini for 12 years now.

Re the bumping the side grip button. You can lock these buttons. After 9mths I'm sure you have found this feature.

super cool.... I th ink this may be my next camera. I really like most aspects of the em5II but this is a whole nother beast.
