That JD is a real machine. Much steel in those tractors...👍

I may not have commented on all of your videos, Ben, but I've been playing catch-up binge watching your channel, but I always give all your videos likes. Your videos and work you put into them are well deserved of a like. May this new year bless you and your family.

I have a 5075e CHA with loaded. It’s a lot of tractor for the money. I use it for land clearing, moving dirt, logs, moving heavy pallets around the farm and I do 10 acres of hay. I could have gotten away with a smaller machine maybe a 5055 or a 5065 but I was told “get the biggest tractor you can afford. You will never wish your tractor was smaller, but you will always wish it was bigger.” Anyway way, it has been a excellent machine and I have no regrets. Thanks for your videos.

I got a John Deere 2020 that I about couldn’t get out of park one time. I made the mistake of parking it on a steep down hill slope to lift a log with a boom pole and it took a solid 10 minutes of doing everything for it to come out of park. The sliver lining was at least it gave me confidence that it wouldn’t kick out of park. The new tractors should be better.

I've got a 5065e that just hit 2000 hours and I've never done nothing to it but one starter and battery probably one of the best tractor's I've ever had it's been serviced on time and it's main job is pulling a gmd 700 hay cutter. Been a great machine plenty of power

Congrats on the 10K Ben. Number was alot lower when I subscribed. I have a 5055e, already have commented to you on some of the features. Overall..a good machine. PTO control lever is a pain on the left side. C range reverse..could cause whiplash. Mine does the regen about 100 hour intervals. Merry Christmas from Tennessee!

Good video ben, You know i am Glad you mentioned the 3 point on the Kubota...My first M6060 Open station had the cat 2 pin on the center toplink where it connected to the tractor...my cab m 6060 does not and i thought it was a fluke....glad i am not the only kubota guy who wonders why the rest of the three point hitch is cat 2 and the center link is only cat 1 at the

Like others that commented, I want to congratulate you on hitting 10k subs. I don't have a 5 series, just an old 1969 1020 gas, but I did run a 5055 JD once on a 4x5 654 New Holland round baler. The books all said that it would not run the baler, to my surprise it did a good job. It was a little light in holding back the baler on a steep terrace, but it had plenty of hp to run the baler. I'm glad your channel is doing good and just to let you know, I appreciate what your doing. Have a good week!

Nice video. I have a 5045E with the 512 loader in two wheel drive. I purchased the two wheel drive model because the four wheel drive model was just outside my budget. However, this two wheel drive model has done everything I’ve needed including some things I didn’t think was possible. It’s been in mud so bad that the front wheels stopped rolling but yet the tractor continued plowing through. I added a backhoe attachment to it and the set up is for “quick attach and disconnect” for the backhoe and it works great. I have 132 acres of open field and woods. Most of the work this tractor does is heavy brush hogging. I’ve been very impressed with this tractor and for my use I call it “Right Sized” as it is robust enough to perform large, heavy tasks but nimble enough to get in to areas where any larger tractor would have difficulty. You mentioned the heavy front axle being robust enough to handle a loader. That is completely correct! The 512 loader is perfect for this tractor and the front axle and wheels handle the heavy loads perfectly. This tractor is a work horse and has 225 trouble free hours on it. John Deere changed the designator for the newer versions (2023 and later, I think) to the 5050E which lends credence to your comment that it has a 50 horsepower engine. Keep up the great work!

Congratulations on your 10, 000 subscribers, I’m still working on my 1000 but with help from channels like yours where folks see me comment I’m praying will boost it past the 1000 mark then take off!! Yes Ben the regen process is rough on an engine no doubt but a clogged exhaust would probably be worse, this is why I still don’t own any newer equipment, just simply because of EPA standards and the extra expense of having to use def fluid in 2010 & newer equipment!!! Great instructional video, can’t wait for part 2!!
