Hi everyone! I have been trying to grazing method dieting for weight loss recently and I really see the changes in my body. I have lost 6lbs of water weight so far! The grazing method of dieting involves eating small portions of food throughout the day every 2-3 hours so you never reach the point of feeling hungry. I fill up my lunch box and eat throughout the day at work. Once I get home I have a small snack and call it a day.

Hi just want an update, have you had any bartholin problems after taking tumeric so far ?
I’ve recently started taking tumeric capsules as well and I’m 4 weeks into my word catheter treatment
Just wanted to know if you had any recurrence so far
And thanks for the tip to use tumeric I think it’s really helping

You should get some reusable containers so you don’t have to use all the ziplock bags. The almond butter in a ziplock bag looks difficult to use.
