A legal wedding in Kenya requires:
1 a male and female above 18 who can consent
2.A witnesses for each
3. Parents/guardian
4. To conducted by a registered registrar of marriages.
5.In a legally accepted place/venue between 8am-5pm.
- The rest ni vitu watu wanajitakia which are not necessary and thats I'd rather contribute to a funeral/medical issue than a wedding.
