I want to share with you, what happened to me in the last few hours by listening to this.

I was going to find a good frequency to meditate. As I just started to learn a bit about special frequencies in the last week, I was trying to find out what frequencies have the most powerful effects on me.
so, I was turning on this video (headphones!) and reading the comment from Capture Cruces about his blocked throat chakra. I am in very similar position. I have a Hashimoto Thyroid which is causing many problems for me.
I JUST finished to read, when I felt that waves of energy in circles went through me. they made me stretch my neck so much, that it felt like my throat was the highest point of my body. then, I meditated the full 2h and this energy went through my whole body. and even more, it made me actually MOVE. I tried to follow what I feel with my body and this energy used me as I would be a doll.
For example: it made my arms revolve or open my hand and my mouth. I got a feeling that it pulls everything bad out of me and gives me back clean energy. Just as Capture Cruces also said, I saw energy all of the time. Dark and bright.
It was a painful procedure, it actually was sometimes hard to breath and the pain was wandering through my body. but I always had a good feeling while this experience.
After 2 h, the video was over... but here it comes. The frequencies don't even have to be played on my lap top to make me feel them... While I am writing this I am still effected by them. for 4-5 h all in all now.
I am very tired now, just wanted to thank you for making this possible for me before sleeping cause now I can describe everything a bit more clear and direct as when I would do it after sleeping.
It is a time to wake up. And I feel more and more people share this thought with me.
