Can you make a video on how to send out the forms via a button within Airtable which sends an email to customer for them click to action (sign, approve button etc).

I need to be able to prompt them to sign Or approve the below:

Quotes:
Customer to approve quote I send via a form.
I need an automation which links Quotes table to Order table upon customer approval.

Proof of Delivery:
I need to prompt users with the packing slip as you do for customers to be notigied to sign as a proof of delivery.

Extremely useful, thank you! Airtable's interface changed a little bit, and line items in the form look different but still super useful. I wonder, how can I pull the line items form an existing list? That list being my main items list, I alreaf have a list of items I sell, so I dont need to add all fields of an item when adding it to a PO.

Great video! At the end you mentioned using an automation to create a PDF. Do you have a video on that? I need to automatically generate a PDF to email to clients with their order information as soon as they fill out the form. The PDF would have the form info as well as calculations from dependent fields in the base. Thanks for any insight!

Thank you very much for the walkthrough of the whole process! Very informative! I am looking to do the same thing for Purchase order creation and tracking so this is close. Which do you prefer for this, Airtable or SmartSuite? Thanks
