Hi! 2nd year IB student here, just wanted to thank you for doing this because it literally is saving my grades :)
I have a slightly different method from the soh cah toa, I like to think of it as "Silly Old Hitler Couldn't Adavnce His Troops Over America" - it's a bit old-fashioned, but it's funny and it's stuck in my mind since I was 11 :)

what is the bearing for South, East and West?

As a greek i would like to point out that 'θ' is not 't', 'τ' is 't'. Θ is the equivalent of a 'th' sounds as in Theodor :p
