What a wonderful surprise! The accidental pairing of a goldfinch and a canary has produced such a beautiful hybrid. Nature's unexpected combinations are truly amazing!💕

Lovely bird, very interesting to see the goldfinch managed to fertilize the eggs after 10 days still. Also we talked about this in the past. Always great to see the weekly video come online but its sad to see the video length not being as long as they used to be. I fully understand the work you put in it but maybe when you are not as busy with school etc. you could look into giving the old school weekly breeding season update video and besides that on another day video's that are more in depth like this one. As said I appreciate the effort for the weekly content alot!

I admire the way you breathe and crossbreed finches, but no one has ever crossbred a green singer finch with European goldfinch, knowing that you have space the time and the knowledge I wish this following year in the breeding season I would like to see you try to accomplish a pair of green singer with a European Goldfinch

Are Chaffinch and Canary hybrids fertile? Does anyone know or have tried?
